Somedays she is an Auguste, somedays Rainbow Clown w no clown makeup, somedays a Pretty Princess or a fairy Godmother, Little Bo peep, Mother GooseStream and much more. She is a caring and loving mom and a proud grandmom (with a beautiful granddaughter who was born on Streamers Birthday and looks just like her) who has spent more than 29 years raising her natural and adopted children, volunteering in schools, nursing homes, the neighborhood and more. 3. Do you know I can find a clown for cheaper than the rate you charge? A. Yes, you can find cheaper clowns. Ask the clown do they have clown insurance, do they have  a police clearance, are they a legal business entity and have they done more than 2000 birthday parties? Ask the clown how they handle different situations dealing with children and if they have professional training (i.e. classes,schools,workshops). Ask the clown if they teach a valuable or moral lesson to leave in the childs mind when they leave the children. If that clown says yes to all those questions , then by all means hire them at the lower rate they have quoted you, because then and only then are they giving your child what they deserve. Our children are our most precious commodities.
